Process of applying and claiming your Philippine visa

Once all your requirements are complete, you’re all set to go on their embassy and apply. All you have to do is to go there personally with your collected requirements. Again their embassy is located at McKinley Town Center, 122 Upper McKinley Rd, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila. They only allowed visa application from 8:30am to 11am only – Mondays to Fridays. They also suggest applicants to be there before 10:30am for them to have time for processing. Below are the process that you need to do when you arrive at the consular office.

1. At the gate, you have to log-in in their log book for building policy purposes. This is to monitor daily applicants.

2. The guard will guide you where to go next after filling-up the log book. Usually, they will inform you to go to the yellow line. In my case, I actually looked for that yellow line. Only to find out, they’re talking about the yellow barricade tape 😁

3. Once you’re inside the consular’s office, go to the desk near the entrance.

4. They will check if you bring all the required requirements. If you do, they will give a piece of paper with your number and window number.

5. Take a seat on the provided chairs inside the office and wait for your turn to be called. Your number will be flashed on the screens.

6. When it’s already your turn, you need to go to your designated window and give all your requirements. The Korean official will receive your requirements and put stamps on it.

7. After checking, he will give you a ¼ sheet of paper. It will be indicated there the date and time you will claim your Visa.

Below are the process of claiming your visa:
1. You just have to go to the Korean embassy and don’t forget to bring the piece of paper they gave you before. Claiming of visa is from 1:30pm to 4:30pm only – Mondays to Fridays. If you applied by group, its ok if only one person will claim all your visa’s.

2. Just like when applying a visa, you also need again to fill-up on their building’s log book before entering to their office.

3. Once you’re already inside the embassy’s office, you need to show the paper to someone of their personnel. He will get the paper and will pass it to designated window.

4. Wait for your turn to be called. Usually, they will call your last name. (While waiting, just pray and ask God’s help that hopefully your visa will be approved J )

5. Once called, it’s your time to get your passport/visa.

6. If you see a piece of paper in your passport, your visa is reject. πŸ‘Ž But if you see something like below image, praise the Lord! Your visa is approved! πŸ‘
